Night Excursion

Impressing for young and old are the offered night rambles at the beach of Bontoc.

The beach is bordered by big rava rocks over an area of approx. 600 meters width which are washed out by the sea. Across an area of approx. 300 meters in the width of the sea a multiplicity of caves, flat hollows and washings, in those the sea water stands in by ebb-tide.

It is only too understandable that herein shells, sea-hedgehogs, smaller fish and other small organisms of the sea are collect and are waiting for the next tide. A genuine nature play particularly for the children. Here can be much explained over the habitat and the interaction of various kinds. Children hearts beat higher by their observation of smaller coral arrangements paired with anemones, clown fishes and small playing fishes.

In some places the water stands calf high, usually however ankles high.

The night excursion should be accomplished with light sandals or slipper.
